What is enamelware ?

ENAMELWARE IS CREATED THROUGH THE FUSION OF THE GLASS LIKE MATERIAL “FRIT” WITH OTHER METAL BASED MATERIALS.  ENAMELWARE CAN BE KNOWN AS PORCELAIN ON STEEL, CAST IRON ENAMEL OR ALUMINIUM ENAMEL, DEPENDING ON THE MATERIALS USED. SIAM FUJI WARE HAS BEEN MANUFACTURING ITS PORCELAIN ENAMELLED STEEL (POS) RANGE FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND IS CURRENTLY ONE OF THE MOST RELIABLE MANUFACTURER OF ITS COUNTRY.

How is it produced ?

DIFFERENT MATERIALS REQUIRE DIFFERENT TEMPERATURES AND TECHNIQUES & THAT IS WHY GREAT TIME & CARE IS TAKEN AT EVERY STAGE OF THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS.

THE FUSION BETWEEN THE FRIT AND STEEL HAS TO REACH A TEMPERATURE OF 850 DEGREE CELCIUS.  ONCE IT REACHES THIS TEMPERATURE THE POWDER MATERIAL MELTS AND HARDENS TO LEAVE A SMOOTH & DURABLE VITREOUS COATING.
